The conference will take place over two days on the weekend of the Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th of October 2019. For detail on the timing of talks and activities over the weekend see our Programme.
The conference is intended to be open and affordable, particularly for students. In light of this, the organisers have sought to limit costs to delegates as much as possible. The fees shown below cover refreshments, tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the weekend, but do not include lunch, which is not provided. Delegates may purchase tickets and register interest for the conference dinner on our website under the heading Attending.

Matriculated students intending to attend the conference may also apply for the George. D. Pope Memorial Travel Award, which waives the above fee and offers £100 towards travel and accommodation in Glasgow. For more information and how to apply see our Funding Page.
